Membership Text

Become a Showbiz Member for the first time is easy, just follow the steps below:

  1. Click Here to go to our Membership registration page.
  2. Select NEW CUSTOMER and fill in the submit registration form.
  3. Once you have registered an online account with us, Login Here to access your new account.
  4. When you have logged in, click here to select MEMBERSHIP and then add how many Memberships you wish to have. For example 1, 2, 3, 4 etc.
  5. A 12 month membership will be added to the cart, select CHECKOUT to purchase the Membership.
  6. You can also sign up at the Customer Service Counter of your local Showbiz Cinema, ask our staff during your next visit.
  7. An Admit 1 (or multiple tickets if you selected more than one membership) will be added to your account when you complete your purchase checkout and this can be redeemed immediately at the box office or online.

Login for the first time.

If you are already a Showbiz Member, and you provided a valid email address when you signed up, but never logged into your online account, please follow these steps to reset your password:
  1. Click Here to go to our Membership registration page.
  2. Select EXISTING CUSTOMER, type in your email address and select SEND EMAIL TO CLAIM ACCOUNT.
  3. If your email address is attached to your account, you will receive a password rest email. Follow the steps in the email to reset your password.
  4. Once you password is reset you can Login Here to access your account.

Automatic Membership Renewal.

If you are already a Showbiz Member, you can add a credit card to your account online or at the Customer Service Counter. When your renewal date comes around, your Showbiz Membership will be automatically renewed. You can also use your stored credit card to complete other online or in-person purchases.


* Each club is only available to Members with suitable ID. Your current Membership Card/valid email address and another form of photo ID may be required to be presented when purchasing or redeeming your Loyalty tickets.
* Membership Free Tickets expire 3 months from the date of sign-up.
* Membership Free Tickets cannot be redeemed on any screening advertised "Member's Exclusive Events".
* Membership Free or Discount Tickets not available for any screening promoted as an "Event", "Special Event", or "Girls Night Out"
